    Repossession or Collections Amount

Back in 1998 I purchased a car...I wont go into the details but the guy knew he was selling me a pce of junk and was in cahoots with the mechanic...and after only driving the car for a couple of weeks the mechanic held it on lien and the bank whom financed it ended up repossessing it because I refused to pay for it...true not banks fault...but the guy packed up shop and left town. After the 7yr rule it was about to fall off my credit report and they transferred to a credit collection agency...

...My question is it no longer says any place that I owe money to the bank just to the collectors? So, on Form 7 do I still list this as a repossession or just list them as a creditor?

    Thanks for the Help!!

List every creditor and collector you know about on your creditors list so they will be notified directly when you file. Best to not take any chances.
