Congrats! my last day was also 07/20 so I am waiting on discharge also.Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.

BTW, if you have an attorney who will break the rules because the rules are not in the best interest of his client, you know you have a good attorney. If he were a "by the book" guy he would have had me do a reaffirmation.Filed C7: 04/25/2007

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

It's especially nice to have an attorney who knows all the players, which rules can be stretched and "broken" and whom to contact when other players attempt to jump the boat.
I'm glad to have the "options" of reaffirmation or not. Situations can change in the interim.
I'm glad you can now start your new life. Go for it....
Greatest luck,
