    341 meeting today

    I just wanted to say ...

    WOOO HOOO!! i was really really nervous. I was the last one to be called and all the others were in and out in like 3 mins. I have to say i was grilled about everything. Why are you filing bk? Did you just refinance your home in january. Did you just buy a new Ford f150? are you surrendering your home..yes and your vehicle.. no .... payment ? how much did you put down.. ectect. it was like 15 mins for me which seemed like an hour. but then the trustee said i have no further questions you are free to go!

    I am sooo relieved .....

    Awesome! Congrats on getting over another hurdle.

    I have mine tomorrow afternoon. I would have been done last month but something came up with the trustee and he had to reschedule. Lucky me!

      Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

        Glad you got through it Hope the next 60 days goes without problems
        May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
        July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
        September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.

                Chapter 7 Trustees Report of No Distribution!!!

                Congratulations DD! I was the last one called too and I had to say by the time I went up there I had a blinding migraine from working myself up so much. But it went very smooth, thank goodness. Mine was Tuesday. The trustee asked only basic questions and he had a sense of humor so that was a plus. The only thing he asked me about my tax returns was were they true to my knowledge. That was a huge relief since we did get a big return back that we had used to catch up on everything that wasn't a credit card! I think my 341 was almost too easy but who am I to say????

                31 days to go until discharge. So far no news is good news!
