Just spoke to my lawyer and so far no letters from creditors and nothing from the trustee...

Also, I supposedly I have the best trustee...whatever that means but he said the trustees have been asking for more documents at the hearings over the past 1.5 months. he has no idea what they would ask of me but to not be surprised. It sounds as if the trustees are covering their butts.

Could mean that the Trustee is very anal - thorough - with an eagle eye.

or

Coule mean that the Trustee is thorough enough, but not that anal about things.

Hmmm, who knows ! What you filing? Ch13 or Ch7? Assets or no assets? The less the better.

I'm in Chapter 7 and have no assets. I easily pass the means test but start a new job Aug. 1 that easily exceeds the means test although it includes a move to New York.

I have worked for 3 different companies over the last 6 months and I was commissioned so they may dig deeper into some of that income.
