Notice of No Asset Case by Trustee entered 7/6/07. does this mean he is probably not going to request any additional information?

If anybody knows about our situation, we had a lot of gambling debt and our total debt is $145..........that is why I didn't think we would go through this process easily, but all they asked for before the 341 was 30 days bank statements and 2 years tax returns.

Looks like your trustee has decided you don't have anything worth going after, SFID - congratulations! You will probably see your discharge posted within the next week or so if not sooner.

our deadline for objections is Aug. 28th, doesn't discharge come after that?

Your discharge will probably come right after the Aug 28th deadline. The trustee's report basically says that he see's no assets and is done with you.

I agree with all of the previous posters. That is a good thing to see on PACER! We're not discharged yet (today was the last day for objections) but I am hoping that it is smooth sailing from here!
