I checked pacer and the trustee filed a no asset no distribution report our 341 was on 05-21-07 its about time. Does that mean she is going to leave our insurance proceeds alone?

Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out. -

Congradulations, my "no distro report" was file end of march, I'm still waiting for "CASE CLOSED!" than I'll feel really relieved.

Yep, the trustee is telling the court "there's nothing to distribute from this estate", next step will be to recommend discharge and close.Comment
