So I just checked out pacer and now I have questions?

    So I just checked out pacer and now I have questions?

    Our first scheduled 341 was April 3rd but rescheduled to May 1st. Checked on Pacer and Creditors last day to object was June 4th. When I checked it a couple of weeks ago, it listed it as a no asset case but the trustee just posted that officially yesterday asking to be dismissed from the case. Today there was a post stating that the case was not due to be dismissed. When should I be expecting a discharge? It seems like it should be soon since the last day to object has passed.

    UPDATE: I just checked Pacer and we discharged today!! Today is the first day of the rest of my life!!!!

      They say it could be months, I think sometimes you can call the clerk and politely inquire, which prompts them to do their ADMIN thing granted they aren't busy, I GUESS. Sometimes I think its better to leave well enough alone, I'm discharged, I should be running for joy the other way and in due time the CLOSING will happen. Congradulations to ALL !
