Finally, the Golden Entry in OK - waiting time frames

Hey fellow forumites,

I was discharged in mid-April and finally Pacer says my case is CLOSED today. Thank you all for your support. This experience would have been almost too much without y'all.

For all of you filing in OK, it looks like discharge comes about 7-14 days after the last day of objections, and closing takes roughly 30-45 days after that in most cases in a C7 no asset case. I came to this conclusion after monitoring several cases on PACER and this is also consistent with what my att. said. A little bit of a longer wait in the windy state but don't get discouraged.

Congratulations!!! I'm in OK too so that's interesting to know! Waiting is so hard, but it is worth it!

almost and katybug, I'm in OK also. Congrats on your current status.........my case is scheduled to close on 6/18/07 after almost two years, yes the waiting is hard.

Congratulations, almostthere!! At last you can breathe a sigh of relief and enjoy being debt-free. Now it's on to rebuilding (and time is by far the best rebuilder of all!) Enjoy your fresh start - you've earned it!

AWESOME I'm happy for you ! I know where I'd be celebrating ! Heh heh heh. I was discharged in late January. Trustee finally filed No Distribution Report in late April. I'm just waiting for the magic words: CLOSED !
