Well, tomorrow is our 341. Needless to say, we're a bit nervous. We've disclosed everything to attorney, so I hope we're well prepared. I'm just a little worried about something coming up that we're not expecting. We are close on the median income, but ok on the I & J. He did mention briefly the remote possibility of needing to convert to a Ch13, but thought that our Trustee was "a good one to have" and "he probably wouldn't bat an eye". I sure hope the Trustee and our atty are golf buddies, or something.
We DID receive our income tax return and used to to get current on our mortgage, so we wouldn't be heading for foreclosure. Also, my husband received his coaching pay on his most recent paycheck (an extra $1000). I wonder if we should use his previous 2 check stubs, since it wouldn't be unheard of if his check stub "hadn't yet arrived in the mail". But it's the same coaching pay he received last year, and is reflected in his annual income/W2s.
Other than that, I can't think of anything else to really worry about.
Any input from you more experienced folks is appreciated.
Hoping for brighter skies ahead...
