So I checked out my credit report from Experian and decided to dispute some things and have them so say that we filed bk. Well Experian did thier investigation thing and changed them all to IIB with zero balances and my score went from 500 to 576.

Keep an eye on those scores, check them periodically for any changes during and after you are discharged...... Make sure they all show nothing owed, discharged in BK, etc......unless its taxes, or school loans.
After discharge start working on rebuilding that score with "light credit" - and I do mean light........... a revolving credit card that shows prompt on time payments, mortgages that are promptly paid, etc....
All this will help boost that score quickly.....Minny

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
