I just checked my pacer report and saw that Judge has been assigned to my case. Is anyone know what is this mean?

When you file your case PACER lists the local trustee, the U.S. trustee, and the judge assigned your case.
Is this some other notation indicating a Judge has been assigned? If not it is probably nothing to worry about.Filed: 10/26/2006

I think there is always a judge that presides over all cases. I wouldn't worry about it either. It's just list all the players involved in the case.

The Judge is the "dude" who keeps the Trustee and Your Lawyer from killing each other...............lol and who helps keep them both "honest"........... we hope........Minny

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
