My 341 was today now what comes next??

All of the other cases took twice as long as mine because people either hadn't brought their Soc card/driver's license, or hadn't filled out the paperwork correctly. One poor guy had hired a paralegal who really fouled things up for the man filing. What a mess!

I found that I had worried for nothing. Mine was a very straight forward case as I don't have any assets and am dirt poor.

(BD, I moved your post to here in its own thread. Our forum rules ask everyone to not post to old, inactive threads or to stickies - thanks!)

Congrats on a smooth 341 Meeting!

Now you wait. Creditors and the UST's Office have 60 Days to Object or file Extensions. If you make it thru the 60 days without a Creditor Objection or an Extension from the UST, you'll be Discharged.

Sit back, prop up your feet, and sit a spell.

      Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.
