Congratulations Walnut!!! Way to go!! As for the reporting agencies, we were discharged on March 8th and on March 12, the agencies reported it... so you might not have to do a thing... we were chapter 13, but i doubt that makes a difference... anyways, good luck to you in the future!! Take care!!

Thank everyone for the great advice. Still working out the car situation. Right now we'll see what one dealer has to say with my mom as a cosigner. That is for a 2002 Maxima SE. Will post details when I get them. Right out of discharge I am not expecting miracles.... but I'll take them!
11/14/07 -filed C7 12/04/07 -case pulled for random audit.12/18/07 -341 held: Asset case due to engagement ring & tax return.02/19/08 - US trustee files motion to extend. 04/02/08- changed back to NO ASSET! I get my ring back and get to keep my tax return! :clapping: 04/28/08 -DISCHARGED!!! :yahoo::yahoo: 05/07/08 - CLOSED!!!
