I just filed for Chap.7 and have my court date in June. I am getting ready to publish my first book @ June or first of July. I didn't want the book sales money to go into my regular checking account so I opened a business account yesterday so that the funds can be deposited there. Will they look at that before my case?

hi kimmie ,tell your attorney what your doing so you will be able to work this out. i know your income will looked at and they may want to see all financial records.Please consider this carefully not compromise your bankruptcy discharge.if i have misunderstood your question, i apololgize just be careful
