Dumb question.
Okay, I know this is a dumb question, but I don't know the answer... To "file" my financial counseling certificate with the court that is required before discharge, do I just send a copy of the certificate to the court? Or do I have to send anything else along with it?

There is actually a form that goes along with it.
Our lawyer handled that part for us. We just gave him the form, he had us sign the other form and he filed it. So someone else here will have to give you the specifics on the other form.Filed: 10/26/2006

I did a little research and answered my own question (yes, I probably should have done that before I posted and wasted your time). The certificate is sent along with Form 23.Comment
