Winterbotham is a debt relief agency

Suspecting another victim in bk due to Liberian internet frauds I did a search and was surprised to see Winterbotham is a debt relief agency - with whom I presume there is a contract

Due to the new laws or some reform of those actually ALL bankruptcy lawyers and firms are referred to as a debt relief agency. Most do not advertise themselves as such but alot do (two of the three in our town does). There would be no contract other than a normal payment plan for sevices rendered unless you pay upfront for their services. Bankruptcy firms and lawyers being coined debt relief agencies are far different from a DMP or Debt settlement company.

yeah they seem to be bankruptcy attorney. They offered me a chapter 7 nothing else.

I do not know about Winterbotham in Long Beach but in Riverside they have made multiple mistakes and want more money to go back in and correct them.
