    Doing The Happy Dance!!!!!!

    I logged on to PACER today and saw my discharge!!!

    I filed ProSe Chapter 7 on November 29, 2006. Last date for claims was march 5, 2007. Discharge was ordered yesterday!!! I'm so excited!!!!

                      I received my notice today. I feel like going out and applying for a car loan or something. LOL
                      Details of my case.......

                      assive debt due to divorce. Ex had no clue what paying bills meant. Huge medical expenses, old utilities, repo'd car from 5 years ago after I signed it over to him, auto accident without insurance. An eviction after i left our apartment. My ex didn't pay the rent and since I signed the original lease I got hit with it. IRS debt from them coming back 4 years after filing and saying there was an error. I didn't get the notice they say they sent so they wanted to attach my bank account.
                      I had no credit card debt or cash advances. Just basic life stuff.

                      I'm a single mom of 4 kids with a decent income. I filed ProSe chapter 7 on Novembe 29, 2006. Discharged March 12, 2007. Awaiting closing. My total debt on the forms was over $100,000!!!

                      I'm freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

                      ***BIG sigh of relief***

                      Good luck to the rest of you! I will keep checking back to offer any advice I can from my own knowledge.
