All it means is, the 341 was held as scheduled. If they didn't issue a "no asset letter", you're not done.

Will the US Trustee request more info?

My 341 was totally completed, with "no asset letter" and all. US Trustee jumped in about a week later out of the blue wanting CC statements.

That was a couple of weeks ago, I haven't seen or heard anything about it. Nothing shows on Pacer. I don't know about or understand the relationship between the regular trustee and the US trustee.

The US Trustees are the employees of the Justice Department, assigned to your region. They assign your bk case to private trustee, and oversee the bk process. Private trustees are usually just local practicing attorneys. They get pay ( $ per case + % of recovered asset) to work on your case, as a trustee for your creditor(s), and they report to the US Trustees, who are basically their supervisors.


My 341 is done also, and Pacer has no update what so ever. The last update was 2 day before 341. My current status is still Awaiting 341 Meeting.

I don't know about or understand the relationship between the regular trustee and the US trustee.
