    I am sooooooooooooo DISCHARGED and HAPPY!

    OMG I really feel like

    Thank u guys for all the help and feedback and information I greatly appreciate it.

    Whew now whats next?!?!

    I guess the clean up! Time to pull the reports!

              When your case is closed, it will say Date Terminated. That's when you'll know.
              Bankruptcy History:
              Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
              Discharged - 02/16/2006
              Case Closed - 11/08/2007

                That discharge is very important............ it's basically over for you except the final paperwork by the Trustee........ Yours should say "closed" real soon, unless you have assets to sell..............
