    I am in the 60 Day Club!!

    My 341 was Thursday and it was over in 3 minutes. I am kind of in a euphoric state of shock. BK is a tough decision to make, but I knew filing Chapter 7 was the best thing for my situation. I am fortunate to have a wonderful lawyer and am so blessed to have this community.

    The stories I have read here, the comments I have received, and the facts about the BK process I have learned from this forum have been a great help.

    Thanks again to all of you!

    Now I am counting down!!

    Good for you!! I am glad the 341 went so quickly!! I hope the remainder of the process does as well!

      Thanks reallynervous! I will be checking PACER a few times a week to check on my case, but I feel good. The process of BK is long, but knowing about the steps has helped me so much.

        Congratulations, Voltron! It's such a relief when the 341 is over and nothing you were worried about happened Just 60 more days to go for you now - hope they go quickly and uneventfully!

        09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
        06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
        08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
        10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
        Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

            This part,.......... The waiting,......... Seems hard. But really, you're on the downhill slide now.

            Prop your feet up and relax while your 60 days flies by.
