We are finally moving on to Chicago...
I won't have a computer connection (or a computer maybe) starting Friday. I just wanted to thank everyone and the moderators for this great forum, I learned so much plus the support was great. I will try to come back as soon as possible.
ONE more question?
Has anyone surrendered property to Dell Financial before? I indicated that I didn't want to reaffirm and will be surrendering. I even called them but they didn't want to talk to me they said the lawyers will deal with it. I guess I'm wondering if anyone has seen them never actually come back for it?

EdytaHome, why are you even calling them to surrender the computer???? They probably will not even want it!!! Our lawyer told us that you just do NOTHING... and wait and see what happens. But I have never heard of someone willing to give up their stuff if they did not reaffirm....

HI, actually Dell sent me a reaffirmation agreement, I declined and stated I would be surrendering, since that was my other option. I just wanted to get it over with before we move so I called them to make arrangments but their lawyers didn't want to talk with me.
