341 is Over!!
And it went SO much better than I anticipated 
Our hearing was at 9:30 and we were *almost* late getting to where we needed to be. Our case was in Central IL and there's 2 courthouses and one building in the general vicinity of where the hearing was held, and because I apparently can't read the notice they sent properly, we went to both courthouses before we realized we were supposed to be at the one building....whoops
Luckily we made it with about 7 minutes to spare (we were 3rd up, so we still had time to go over everything one last time with our lawyer).
There weren't a lot of people there, and the trustee was pretty nice. He asked about my internet stuff ie what do I sell and I told him - just kid's old toys, outgrown clothes, things like that. So, he says, it's not actually a business, just getting rid of things around the house? I replied yes, and he laughed and said well it's got to be better than having a garage sale. I laughed too and said Sometimes, but not always.
He did ask about our refund, but saw that our actual refund (minus EIC and EITC) is only about $2,300 and said we had plenty left in our wildcard to exempt that, then moved on to another question. So at this point I am guessing we get to keep our refund We need it badly, too!
All in all it took 10 minutes or less. Very straightforward, and the trustee said that's it.
I'll tell you what, I just about collapsed from relief when we walked out of the room. Now we just need to finish our post-bk course, wait for the reaffirmations to come through for our house and overdraft protection, and count down to 3/11 when hopefully everything will be discharged without a hitch.
I am SO thankful this forum is around - it helped alleviate a LOT of my fears and answered a lot of questions. Thank you to everyone who contributes, and now I'm on my way to join the 60 day club!!
