Has anyone used Macey & Aleman, P.C.

We have our free appt this Saturday with them in Austin. I've gone on line and haven't found any negative stuff on them. Any info I get will be helpful.

    Thanks.

This is the law firm I have retained - the New Jersey office.

I'm only just beginning the process so I can't say very much about the firm or representation just yet.

I do know they are all over the country and seem to have a good reputation.

    Best of luck!

PS: I also wanted to mention that before I made a final decision I checked out the NJ office on the Better Business Bureau site. They are a member in good standing.

Encourage you to check the bbb.org for your state.

Just a heads up on the BBB. Businesses pay the BBB to participate, it is really not as objective as you may think.

Personally, I didn't have a positive experience with my local Macey & Aleman office and chose a different attorney but that was just my experience. I live about an hour away from a big city where their main office for my state is located. Where I live they have a satellite office. The satellite office is not staffed 7 days a week and the lawyer I spoke to seemed pleasant but I didn't like that they wanted to automatically take my BK fees right out of my bank account on a payment plan rather than letting me pay as I was able to do so. The lawyer I chose let me take as little or as much time as I needed to pay him in full which worked out best in my situation.
