What does date of last filing mean?

Hello, our pacer use to read "remain open" at the top of the page.

Now there is a statement "date of last filing 12/15/06" Does this mean anything?

Nothing says closed. So does this mean we are not finished with the BK7 as of yet? When it does close, will it say the actual word "closed" or will there be another term used.

when did you have your 341 .. for chapter 7 is 60 days to discharge .. from there its up to year for bk to actually close

Don't worry about it...it has no significance. It's just a reminder to anyone looking at the front page of a PACER case when the last filing was.

Well, considering you have provided some dates for us, I would say you're in the clear of anything detrimental happening. Did you look at what was filed? Anyways, at the top of your PACER info, it will show date terminated and that's when your case is closed.
