    Getting my certificate tonight and turning in my paperwork tomorrow!

    Hello! It has been a little while since I have posted, but I wanted to give an update. I will be getting my pre-bk certificate tonight and then tomorrow I visit my lawyer to turn everything in. I am so thankful that I have been able to read your posts and exchange ideas. I will let you all know how everything goes.

    Glad to hear you are set to file, Voltron. Do keep us posted on how things go and when your 341 will be. Hang in there - the hardest part of filing is most likely behind you!

    01/24/07 - Judge dismisses mortgage company objection
    09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
    06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
    08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
    10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
    Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

      Thanks lrprn! My attorney is finishing up my paperwork over the Christmas break and I will sign everything on Tuesday. My 341 will be scheduled then. The farther I get in the process, the better I feel. I want to say "Thank you" again to everyone in the forum. All of the different experiences I have read, along with the comments and advice, have helped greatly. Thanks!!!!

          Wrangling with deciding what to do is tough. Deciding to file isn't easy. But the closer you get to filing, the better you feel.
