Back from the 341

Wow , GLAD that is over it went just as everyone said it would all that worry
and nervousness.

Trustee ask the standard questions , we had many more cause we are a bit over the med income for a chapter 7 only because my wife had a couple months work for the prev 6 months which is new ZER0 income. The trustee was really nice in explaining what he wanted to know and said he would go back and pull my wifes income completely out of the equation and confirm my income was below the med income for chapter 7 and that would probably be it. If any other problems he would call my attorney.
Only one creditor showed and that was a local bank and my attorney said he shows at every case because he gets 50 dollars from the local bank forcoming and asking the same question every day.

We did our pre-discharge counseling today , That is very informative and helpful for the future to stay on track.

I'm amazed at the Trustees actions, they usually take everything they can get their hands on when it comes to money!

It's always such a relief when the 341 meeting goes well - glad to hear that yours was routine and boring, GawVa! Now it's the 60 day waiting game...hope the days fly by for you without any problems.

I wonder if I could get that job, going to 341 meetings and asking one question and the bank pays me $50.
