Toyota Motor Credit and Reaffirmation

It is my understanding that AFTER a BK is discharged, any item purchased with credit such as a TV or a computer or a couch (when the debt is legally discharged) can NOT be repo'd by the creditor without a Writ of Replevin being filed. And then the sheriff has to come to repo the stuff. So if you lost your leather couch, ouch!!! they had NO right to it at all without that Writ of Replevin. (especially if they are claiming the debt is secured by the furniture/tv/computer etc)
