No Lawyer Stressing! Relief from Automatic Stay

Hello. I am hoping you can give me some advice. First of all, I do not have an attorney nor can I afford one. I filed Ch.7 and was presented with Motion for Relief of Automatic Stay papers by my car finance company. I already told them to come pick up the car, which they have done. The finance company is asking the court to enter an oder to terminate the stay because there is no "adequate proctection." From the reading I have done so far, I see that "adequate protection" is defined loosely. I am going to write a response and include my bank statements to show how far in the hole I am but want your advice on what I should say to stop this from happening. A hearing on this March 21, my 341 meeting is March 16.

I'm confused, do you or don't you want to keep the car? I thought you said it was already handed over, what else do they want from you?

that is exactly right. i did hand over the car. i think they just trying to drive me crazy.
