How far back from the date of filing can the Trustee subpoena bank records?
Thanks,
enoney
The trustee didn't subpoena our bank records. But he did ask us to provide him with one years worth of bank statements for each of our bank accounts going backward from the date of his request.

That is basically correct. Typically, the trustee asks for 3-6 months, but if they thought there was a reason to, they could go back 1-2 years.
