Assigned vs. Original Creditor in listing

I have a creditor (CC Company) that sold the debt to a JDB. The Junk
Debt Buyer is suing me and I'm placing the debt on my BK 7. Question is
on my list of unsecured creditors do I place the dollar amount owed
next to the original credit or the JDB as they are the ones who are
claiming now that I owe them the debt? From what I read it says list
the original creditor with the debt owed amount and the collection
agency and/or attorney with a ** in amount owed. But since the original
creditor doesn't own the debt anymore, but rather the JDB, would that
    be a correct procedure?

    Thank you

You need to list both the original creditor and the collection agency ('junk debt buyer') and the last amount owed to each on your Ch 7 creditor list.

I think she is asking if she puts how much she owes under the junk debt buyer or the original creditor.

You list the original Creditor, acct #, contact info, and the $$$ amount of the debt. Then right below that, write in "Representing << insert original Creditor's name >>" and in the next column list JDB's name and contact info. Don't list a $$$ amount for JDB as you've already listed that with the original Creditor.

If you list the $$$ amount twice, it looks to the Court like you're discharging twice the amount of the debt.
