Every case I have seen on pacer (and there are a LOT of them) that was dismissed for not doing debtor education had a notice of deficient filing on it. Mind you, this doesn't mean that you'll get a "warning" notice... this notice of deficient filing means you're most likely TOAST. If pacer doesn't show your filing of debtor education certificate (and co-debtor cert if you filed a joint petition) then find out WHY.
This was the #1 reason that I saw on pacer for dismissals... everything else would be fine, the trustee would have entered in a notice of no assets etc.... and then the case would get dismissed because they didn't spend the 30 minutes online to get their certificates and mail them to the clerks office.
