    Last day for objections was yesterday!!

    Hello everyone. I have been lurking but havent posted in quite some time. Just wanted to give you an update on the case.

    Yesterday was the last day for objections. Noone objected, yah!! I didnt think anyone would though. I called the clerk this morning and she verified that noone objected and said that we should receive our discharge papers within the next 7-14 days.

    I am so excited. I was hoping to see discharged on Pacer but oh well. That will come in time.

            I am new as far as posting here, but have been lurking as well... Today was my last day for objections.

            I filed on 8/25/06, 341 on 9/15/06, and today was the last day for objections.. I figured I would wait until tomorrow to see if anyone objected at the last minute. I have always had a good job, good pay and benefits. I quit my job, started a business and lost everything within about 18 mos.. Horrifying...Anyway I am ready to put all of this behind me. My debt was almost completely business related...
            Filed 8/25/06, Discharged 11/28/06, CASE CLOSED 11/14/2007!

                Congrats, hopefully your discharge will come quicker than mine. My last day for objections was 9/25/06 and my case was discharged and closed on 11/08/06. It wasn't that long, but it felt like years!!!
