    Along those lines,.............. Did you happen to file Quarterly taxes?? That might be a place to start. You'd have some operating expenses in there, I'd think.

    I have a GF who runs her own interior decorating company. She files quarterly taxes so she has to itemize out what she spends for items for her customers. Fabric, curtain rods, seamstress, paintings, frames, etc.

    Maybe you'd pick up some info from your taxes when you get them.

      my profession is an independent contractor so i really didnt keep a business budget. for right offs at tax time i just took what the government allowed max amount for tools and mileage for fuel.
      im going to contact the attorney tomorrow and see what he says.

        Sorry to be so late with this but....Welcome to the board!! We are just now going through bk ourselves and people here are amazing! This forum is really a blessing and all of us who have found it recently have been truely blessed

        10/25/06: 341 meeting Done!
        12/25/06: Last day for objections.... Dear Santa, can we have a bk discharge for Christmas please?

          inlimbo thank you for the welcome
          when we decided to file for bankruptcy it was one of the hardest emotional descions we made but this board has been very helpful and has eased my mental state a lot
