Trustee question

Hi all. Can someone PLEASE answer this question for me. I have left 2 messages for my attorney and he still hasn't called me back.

If, at the 341 meeting, the trustee says he cannot make a recommendation until further investigation, and the PACER report says, possible asset case, (here's my question) how long does the trustee have to make a recommendation? Does he have to do it in the 60 time frame or anytime he pleases?

I believe they can take up to a year...but don't quote me. Regardless, you case still get's discharged in 60 days from the date of the 341 meeting, give or take a few days. But the investigation into assets can go beyond the date of discharge.
