My husband and I have filed Chapter 7 and had our 341 meeting. One of our vehicle loans has a cosigner on it. The company that holds the loan is not communicating with us well. We would like to reaffirm the loan, but I'm unsure if we reaffirm or if the loan continues on with the cosigner or? Do you have experience here? Can you help me with what has happened when you had a loan with a cosigner?
