      Great news, Connie! You must feel like the weight of the world has been lifted - savor the moment! Hopefully the next few weeks will go quickly to discharge.

      09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
      06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
      08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !
      10/02/11 - CASE CLOSED
      Countdown: 60 months paid, 0 months to go

        You know we sat with our lawyer and watched about 10 people go ahead of us and my lawyer leaned over and whispered "see, you can do this" and I keep thinking, "it's going to good, once he's gets to me he's going to be all over me!!" Of course DH felt "I" should be the one who answered all the questions, but I managed to remain calm and spoke clearly and honestly and before you know it the Trustee smiled and said "Have a nice day" and we were on our way home. Couldn't have taken more than 20 minutes from the time we entered the couthouse until we were back on our way to the car!

        If I haven't said it before, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you, thank you for all the support, advice, hand holding and shoulders to lean on the last few months. I know I have a bit of a wait to go yet, but right now I feel for the first time in years that things WILL be okay!

            Hey Connie. Sorry for the late reply, my sister and husband surprised me with a getaway weekend so I have been in Colorado since Friday morning. Anyways, i'm back home and just catching up.

            So glad the 341 went well. Now we just sit back and wait the big 60. Best of luck to you.
