How are multiple debt collectors for one creditor considered?

Original creditor charges off debt then assigns 2+ debt collectors. One debt with interested 3 parties. Are they all considered creditors equally? Are they all independently listed on mailing matrix or just original creditor?

Generally, if you know of them, all are listed. The original creditor is listed with the balance due. The others are marked with something like "FOR NOTIFICATION PURPOSES ONLY". That is, if you know who owns the debt. Always best to err on the side of sending notification to everyone.
