First step, start interviewing bankruptcy attorneys until you find one you like, and then hire him or her.
    Chapter 13 (not 100%):
    • Burned: AMEX, Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo, and South County Bank cum Bank of Southern California
    • Filed: 26-Feb-2015
    • MoC: 01-Mar-2015
    • 1st Payment (posted): 23-Mar-2015
    • 60th Payment (posted): 07-Feb-2020

"Never invest what you can't afford to lose", but they won't ask why you're filing.

Anyway, that's very little you've shared. What kind of advice are you looking for? Have you started reading up on NOLO?

Do you have any money left? In Oregon, you can use the Federal BK exemption for $12,575.
