If the trustee didn't mention he wanted my $3000 tax refund during my 341 meeting, what are the chances of something coming in the mail and him still wanting it?

I filed BK, Jan 13th, and just had my creditor's meeting on Feb 15th. Should I anticipate something in the mail still from the trustee?

Can anyone answer this? We're moving to Chicago and would really like to use the refund toward moving expenses.

Anything can happen

All assets are open for the court todo what ever they want within the law. My lawyer said if a refund is due they may want it they may even want me to file for an EIC credit and take that. Thats all i know on the California bk. 2nd thought you may be able to keep your tax return under the personal exzemtions. good luck

We did list our refund under personal examptions. What are the chances of the refund still being asked for even if there was no mention at the 341 meeting?
