I just reviewed Pacer and it shows that yesterday the Chapter 7 Trustee's Report of No Distribution was filed. A few weeks ago the UST requested additional documentation supporting my high monthly medical expenses which I provided. Does this update in Pacer mean that the UST was satisfied with the documentation I provided as well? I haven't heard anything since the documents were provided to my attorney. I've sent him an email but he is usually very slow to respond. The last day for a claim to be filed is October 15th. I'm anxious to put this all behind me.

No it does not. The Chapter 7 Panel Trustee's job is different from the job of the United States Trustee (UST). Hopefully, the 15th comes and goes without another peep from the UST.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
