I completed bankruptcy forms a few months ago with an online software service. I didn't file as I have been saving money for the filing fee. My wages are now being garnished. Do I need to amend the forms before I file?

Yes. The means test is based on the 6 months before the month in which you file. So that at least has to be revised. I think there is also somewhere you have to list garnishments. I bet bank account balances are different too.LadyInTheRed is in the black!
