filed already but realized i owe taxes

I really should know this, but is it possible to roll in the taxes I will owe for 2016 (3K) into the CH7 I filed back in December? or are taxes not dischargable. I'm hoping if not, I can at least do a IRS payment plan. what a horrible situation I'm in. it keeps getting worse.

Income taxes are only dischargeable if 3 years have passed since you filed your returns or since the final assessment of the tax.
