Attorney said i passed the means test to file Ch. 7 by $35!!!!!! He did say he can back up all information. Im just curious as to will this bring scrutiny to my case??? Also, I have a cc and line of credit with my credit union and my truck which I'm currently paying is with them! Attorney said they use cross-collateralization...so i either give up my truck or pay on the other two bills which equal about $13,000.......any help u can give me?????

If your attorney says there is back up for the number on the means test, than there should be nothing to worry about, regardless of how much scrutiny the trustee decides to give your case.
What to do about your truck depends on the value of the truck compared to the balance of the debts it secures. If it is not worth what you owe, you might want to give it up unless you can redeem it.LadyInTheRed is in the black!
