Hi all! Have a question...
Filed chapter 13, and in Form B22C (Chapter 13) (10/05), I needed to indicate my last six months income.
However...my last six month's income is very inflated because I was working a great deal of overtime for most of that period, which essentially skewes my income available during the plan period.
So...end result is b/c I had tons of overtime (which I won't be getting anymore...back to normal 40/wk schedule) it appears I have *a lot more* disposable income than I really have!
My question is...is there a special exception in the bankruptcy code, form, whatever, that can be used in that formula to use my normal income to determine income?
I can get a letter from human resources on my normal pay to support this claim, but wonder what manuverability I have since the trustee is saying I should be able to pay.
Help!
