                            Thanks all ! NEVER thought we'd get here - now to just get the final paperwork from the Trustee that says its finally over! Those suckers should be hung on the wall and framed in gold LOL!

                            The party wont begin until I get the official paperwork AND the official release of the 2nd mortgage. That battle is still ahead but hopefully it wont be an issue. Still waiting to hear how to do all of that from the lawyer once we get the discharge papers in the mail; he said he'll tell us exactly what to do and how to go about getting it all done. THEN the party will begin
