Got the official paperwork Tuesday from both lawyer and the courts on same day. I must say I cannot stress how important it is to get the RIGHT and most knowledgeable lawyer you can. When I opened our lawyers letter, not only did he have a congratulatory letter on completing our plan but he also wrote step by step what we were to do next to get our 2nd taken care of with our local court (deed recording) and provided pre-written letters for all 3 Credit reporting agencies. . Step by step, right down to how he wants us to send certain things, why, and what to provide him in case the credit reporting agencies dont fix it within 30 days and he'll take it from there should they fail to do so.

He's getting a thank you basket and card after all is said and done, he deserves it for always being there no matter what stupid question or worry we had, both he and his staff answered within 24 hours, even on weekends. Thanks Mr. Lawyer & staff (wish I could list you by name however....)

Also sending a thank to you card to trustee....he was very nice and VERY FAST in closing our case, from completion to discharge less than 2 months! Overage of payment being sent out by Monday as well.
