Should I be worried????

We are very near completion of our plan with an anticipated end at the beginning of June...we have never missed a payment (wage assignment) nor have we ever encountered any issues after confirmation....so I logged into 13datacenter.com and I noticed several things that are different or have changed since the last log in (probably a few months ago)....such as...

Now it says (under case summary):

Case Status: Cases in Limbo - X
Percentage to Unsecured 100.00%
Plan Base $40,042.40
Total Paid into Plan $38,075.33
Total Paid to all Parties $37,716.96

Now previous and throughout the BK our percentage to unsecured as 1% and I have never noticed it ever said anything about our case being in "Limbo". Pacer does not show any activity nor have I received anything...nothing has changed....

Should I worry? Is this nothing? Something?

No, don't worry. If you have complied with your plan, you will get your discharge. The info in 13 datacenter is not a court record. It showed that I was paying 100% to creditors during most of my plan, which is way off.

I bet the difference between the plan base and total paid into the plan is equal to your remaining payments, or if you have had to turn over any tax refunds or bonuses, it may be less.

Did all of your creditors file claims? Is there a difference between the "scheduled amount" and "claim amount" for any of your creditors? In any case, I repeat: Don't worry about this. If you can't stop worrying, call your attorney so you can be reassured.
