We Have Filed

After waiting as long as we could, foreclosure sale was scheduled, we have filed for CH13.

Mostly due to back taxes from a failed business venture.

Waiting for our 341, hopefully all goes well and we can begin a new chapter in our lives.

This forum has been very helpful to me, knowing that many people have been through this and survived.
