Just got a letter from the Trusteee need help??

Im close to the end i have 5 payments left on my plan and i just got this letter saying

"It appears the amount needed to complete the plan subject to audit is $370.97 "

what is this?

Could it be the only amount needed to finish the plan? Wouldn't that be a pleasant surprise. Fingers crossed for you.

That would be great! I hope that is the case, were you in 60 month full pay back?

Have you satisfied your plan base?

Is your plan for 60 months because your income was over the median, or because you had to pay arrears on secured debt or for non-exempt assets?

Did all of your creditors file claims?

Did you have tax refunds that you had to turn over to the trustee?

i had to pay back non exempt assets... but all my creditors did file , no tax refund

So you were under median? If so, it sounds like your plan is complete because you have passed the 36 month commitment period and paid back the non-exempt assets.
