Chapter 13 payment plan base paid off, when do they discharge?

Just wondering if someone can answer this..

I've been in a Ch 13 since Feb 2010 and have been making all my payments ($900/mo) on time. By the end of Nov, I will have paid back the base plan amount plus some.. Will I recieve my discharge when the base plan amount is satisfied or do I have to wait until feb 2015 when the full 60 months will be reached?

It really depends on the Trustee and whether they consider your plan to be completed. I don't even want to speculate. If you have access to 13DataCenter, National Data Center, or whichever system your Trustee uses, then you could check the status.
